I sent a letter to the bank on -/-/- requesting that they remove the inquiry because it was NOT made by myself nor given the authorization to do so and also asking for documentation supporting this inquiry. I received a response on -/-/- stating that it was submitted electronically online and that they verified that it was made by myself because the social security number, DOB, contact number and mailing address was correct but none of that information was providing showing that ... |
