Seterus Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account October 29, 2015 - My aging veteran father is in the early stages of dementia and unable to handle his finances. We discovered this upon learning that several of his monthly financial obligations ( Mortgage, Utilities, life insurance premiums, etc. ) were in arrears. Through my already established power of attorney, I contacted all his vendors, began to manage his finances and have brought all his accounts current. All of his vendors received and acknowledged my power of attorney, thus allowing me to establish online access to manage his accounts. The - exception is Seterus Mortgage.
