Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls January 13, 2017 - I had a timeshare over 10 years ago was paid off and I told them to keep the timeshare I do n't want it no more. I stop paying the maintenance fee each year. Timeshare said I was stuck with them for 30year which I was never advise about this or even sign any documents making me aware about a 30year. Anyway timeshare was paid off and I do n't want it at all. I have never use the timeshare which was a bad investment making me loose over $10000.00. Timeshare is with -.... |

Owner 's maintenance fees were charged to my wife and me as co-owners and paid in full. My wife and I decided to place the time share into my name alone. The Owner 's Association then apparently decided to charge the same maintenance fee that i had paid with my wife to me as the " new owner. '' This duplicate charge is unconscionable and i will be reporting it to all appropriate Federal and State Agencies.... |

I asked for Corporate address and contact information so I can provide documents showing that I have not owned the property that they are trying to collect on for years.
