I requested that they send me information in writing showing what i owe, and what i paid. They stated they will not send anything in writing ; only a payment reminder for the next upcoming payment. Which is a month away. I stated I needed something in writing for a potential employer and they stated the employer can call them and they would discuss the information via phone, but nothing in writing.
