I called the creditor and set up a payment plan. I requested that they send me information in writing showing what i owe, and what i paid. They stated they will not send anything in writing ; only a payment reminder for the next upcoming payment. Which is a month away. I stated I needed something in writing for a potential employer and they stated the employer can call them and they would discuss the information via phone, but nothing in writing. I requested it in writing before the 5 business days. - Bank : Total Due $ -Account # : -Payment Plan : $100.00 - 6 monthsI spoke with - - - - ext - and today -/-/15 and asked to speak to his supervisor - - - -. Neither individual will supply with written confirmation on my debt. They payment plan that was set up, initial $100.00 payment and $150.00 for 6 months will go over what the total payment is. I can not get a break down summary of what I owe, and what I 've paid.
