September 14, 2016 - I 'm supposed to receive - visa cards of $12.00 each as a mail-in rebate for my purchase at Kohl 's during thanks giving last year. Capital One Prepaid card fraud or scam

July 1, 2015 - - purchased a prepaid credit card in - of 2009 for $300.00 with Orchard bank. The bank increased the credit line to $750.00 without my requesting the increase. I did not send additional funds to increase the limit. Within a short time the card or bank was sold to Capital One. I no longer need a prepaid credit line as my credit is ok.
