The account was settled, but I 'd never received receipt or any proof of payment, all I have is bank statements stating that I paid them. this is still showing up every month as an unpaid debt on my credit report and as I am trying to purchase a house, this is really hurting my credit. My calls to - and with the promise of an email stating that my account is paid and closed, But I never get anything and it continues to show up on my credit report every month as a delinquent balance.... |
