Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt February 3, 2017 - I have been disputing - accounts with CMRE asking for Validation of these debts and have sent - letters which where certified asking for validation evidence bearing my signature showing I had any contractual obligation tied to such debt. They failed to abide by FDCPA 807 ( 8 ) they had 30 days to contact the credit bureau and dispute they waited 60 days. They have now violated federal law by not properly investigating within the proper time frame and I have evidence of this via certified mail receipts. Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action January 24, 2017 - I recieved a collections call from an unknown company this morning while in the hospital. After being on hold for 10 minutes through an automated system where the recording told me to wait for a representative, I was hung up on and directed to the website. The first two times they left a message asking specifically for my child who is - years old. I called the number that was left ( the contact number changes every time ) and was able to speak with a representative who told me that this was a financial matter regarding my child. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt May 9, 2016 - I have asked CMRE to validate a collection they are reporting on my credit reports on -/-/16 and they have failed to provide anything that would support the fact that they are attempting to collect interest on a debt without an agreement or contract. Nor have they supplied anything other than a statement on one of the collections. I told them that I would be reporting them to you but they obviously do n't fear you because they failed to delete themselves or answer questions about the debt ( s ) that they are using to damage me financially.
