I have been contacted on my mobile phone four times by CMRE Financial Services. The first two times they left a message asking specifically for my child who is - years old. I called the number that was left ( the contact number changes every time ) and was able to speak with a representative who told me that this was a financial matter regarding my child. When I informed the agent that my child was a minor, the representative then said that she needed to verify some information and asked for my child 's birthdate. I told the representative that I would not provide her with my child 's birthdate and she proceeded to ask for our home address. I did not provide that either. I requested that she forward any billing statement or printed materials regarding my child to the address that they have on file. The representative became belligerent and then disconnected me. This has happened twice. I do not know where this stems from and it has me concerned. Any assistance that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
