Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine May 14, 2016 - They are calling me saying I owe a debt and they are Chase Receivables and their web site is called chaserecievables.com. I have never had a account with Chase Bank. I have call Chase bank and they do n't know the phone number they have left for me to call. Chase bank has told me not to share any info with them. When I did call, because they call everyday, they wanted me to verify the address by giving where I lived. I ask them to give me the address the have and they would not do that saying it is illegal. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine May 13, 2016 - In the last 3 weeks I am again receiving threatening phone calls from - different agencies stating they are holding a summons in their hand to be served to me at my home or my place of work. They leave this message on my phone and tell me they are coming after me within - to 48 hours. Each of the - times I have replied to their calls, they ask my name and proceed with more threats of consequences and that it is Chase Bank filing the charges. Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt May 12, 2016 - Received a call from a young man on -/-/- around - telling me he had legal documents to deliver to me. I explained I was driving and asked for a number to contact them at. I asked that he call me back and leave the info on my voicemail which he did. Was provided - and a File #. Called them -/-/- @ - CDT and asked who they were. I was transferred several times and then told they did not have to give me any information at which time the lady started calling me a loser and began berating me. She hung up.
