In the last 3 weeks I am again receiving threatening phone calls from - different agencies stating they are holding a summons in their hand to be served to me at my home or my place of work. They leave this message on my phone and tell me they are coming after me within - to 48 hours. Each of the - times I have replied to their calls, they ask my name and proceed with more threats of consequences and that it is Chase Bank filing the charges. When I continue to tell them it 's not mine, they told me a social security #, which, again, is not mine. Then they continue to interagate me until they finally say the attorney will remove my phone # from the list. This call came from, - - from -. He told me to call the party who was filing the charges, but gave the same # that he was calling from. -. When the phone call was answered they said " - - '', this is -. He asked me if I was born in -, I laughed and said no. ( I am - - - ) The earlier call was from restricted # but gave me # - to call back. It was from - - who continued on to tell me I needed to contact her within 1 hour to avoid any more consequences of the hostile order charged against me for not making contact. When I called that # it was -. Again, this was Chase Bank filing charges against me. Gave me a ss # that was n't mine and she said she would remove my name and number but warned me of purgury. So I guess she did n't believe me and that 's why I got the other call today. How can I stop these threatening calls, they are very disturbing to me and frightening.
