JPMorgan Chase & Co. Debt collection department,

Received a call from a young man on -/-/- around - telling me he had legal documents to deliver to me. I explained I was driving and asked for a number to contact them at. I asked that he call me back and leave the info on my voicemail which he did. Was provided - and a File #. Called them -/-/- @ - CDT and asked who they were. I was transferred several times and then told they did not have to give me any information at which time the lady started calling me a loser and began berating me. She hung up. I called back and was again berated by the same young lady who would not provide me with any information and told me my case was turned over to the IRS and that now I was really going to have problems. Referred to me as a loser every time she addressed me. I explained that I needed to know what the call was about and she said Chase bank. I explained my last dealings with them was quite long ago and that it was likely out-of-date. she said no and they were going to sue me but would not provide any info as to who they were. Called them 10 times and they would not talk to me or give me any info just continued to berate me. I have no names because they would not provide any. They must know when I call because now it goes straight to the voicemail. They know we ca n't afford lawyers.
