'' He would not identify himself further and started typing something. I asked if he represented a business of some sort and he would not answer. Coastal Financial Solutions, LLC Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls May 11, 2016 - This place is calling my relatives ( not sure how they got their numbers ) stating that their is a claim they are moving forward on so they need me to contact them by - or - that day. I am not aware of what *claim* this is for ... nor is it one I 've ever received via snail mail. I am not going to assume I have a debt because of a phone call. They are faxing my place of employment with documents that are not legal but trying to obtain personal information. I returned the call within 30 min and was informed that I was being prosecuted for writing a bad check for a loan.
