They make it impossible to do anything very unhelpful or willing to work with people. There online site has not been available to me for several years it might work one month but not the next, tried so many many times working with there IT people and it never gets resolved. When we saw this we questioned it immediately via e-mail but got no response. The check was returned with a letter that states that they do not accept personal checks for final loan payment. The letter also stated that I was continuing to be charged interest on the loan.
