Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received May 20, 2015 - The company filed a report against my credit without contacting me. When I contacted the company to see why they had filed a report against my credit without contacting me they stated I had given false information about myself. As I had never given any information on the debt as it was not mine ( it was a mistake from - ). When I asked them to give me the information that led them to file the report against my credit they refused. They stated I had provided fraudulent material to - and it was my responsibility to give a phone number and address I never gave any of that information to any... |
