HOVG, LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received June 9, 2016 - I entered into a mutually agreed upon payment arrangement with - - - and made several timely payments as agreed. In - I made a payment to a representative over the telephone which was a few days past my due date so I called to make the payment personally. He told me no problem assured me the payment was applied and not to worry the payment arrangement is not affected pmnt went through. My account was sold to collection company Bay Area credit 1 week later and I was contacted by phone and bullied to enter the same arrangement with them.
