Allied Interstate LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received July 15, 2015 - I did not of this debtor until my wages were garnished. i then called them and explained that I was never notified. They explained the address they sent the information to and it was an address i have not lived in for over 5 years. Also, after I filled out the paperwork sent to me, they claime dthey release the wage garnishment yet my employer is still garnishing wages. So I asked for a copy of the release order sent to my employer for proof that they did in fact release the wage garnishment and they REFUSED to give me a copy and said they will not send me any proof of the release. ... |

I called - on -/-/15 and spoke with - at - CST. He advised that - does not have validation to send me & that I would have to contact - for that. I spoke with - at - & he stated that I do n't have an outstanding account or balance with them. I 'm curious as to how this debt is validated as mine. I have never been billed for the account in the past 7 years ... my billing address is not on the account because everything was through online bill pay ... eco bill. I do n't have access to the account and now all of a sudden it has gone to collections and they are saying I am the original account holder and responsible for the past due balance owed on the account ... supposedly my social is tied to the account so that means you should also have access to my oth... |
