Allied Interstate is reporting a $370.00 - bill with all - credit bureaus. I called - on -/-/15 and spoke with - at - CST. He advised that - does not have validation to send me & that I would have to contact - for that. I spoke with - at - & he stated that I do n't have an outstanding account or balance with them. I 'm curious as to how this debt is validated as mine. Furthermore, I have never received a notification via phone or mail of them attempting to collect a debt from me. I also was not given a chance to dispute this debt. They have made no attempt whatsoever to try and contact me. this is in direct violation of the FCRA. No collection company should be able to take it upon themselves to just report on a consumers credit report. I want this debt validated that it belongs to me or deleted from all - of my credit reports. I am also filing a complaint with the States Attorney 's office regarding this issue.
