Real Time Resolutions Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received June 17, 2015 - - - - approved a short sale on our home in - of 2011. - of the conditions of the approval was that we sign a promissory note for $5000.00 to be paid in installments of $83.00 per month. - was to send a coupon book to make such payments and never did so. I inquired by phone several times and - could find no record of this transaction or the note. The next year after no reminder, bill from them, or anything, they reported as written off as bad dept on our credit report.
