Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine July 6, 2016 - I received a letter dated - informing that Benuck & Rainey had been assigned to collect a debt for -. - provided me with a medical device approximately 1 year earlier -/-/-. - 's billing process exhibited negligence and complete incompetence. They not only documented an incorrect service date, but also billed the wrong insurance carrier. I thrice informed them of the their mistakes and re-provided the correct information. Benuck & Rainey, Inc. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine May 28, 2015 - Apparently I have a name that 's easy to search and find mailing address and phone number. Consequently I receive dunning phone calls and letters demanding payment of debts that are not mine. NEVER mine. It seems to me the callers could take - more minute on the internet and confirm I 'm not the person they 're looking for. I 'm absolutely sick of these calls and letters and can not find any way to stop them. I suggest a regulation that mandates some level of validation before these collection agencies take the easy way and just call or write everyone, hoping to get a response from the -... |
