Synchrony Financial Credit reporting credit monitoring or identity protection problem cancelling or closing account March 4, 2017 - I received a letter from - dated -/-/2017 in regards to my initial dispute with invalid personal information, invalid credit reporting, and inadequate reporting that was simply copied and paste from credit report. For example, the - account 's date updated and Loan Type on the investigation report is different from the credit report. I requested to remove both accounts from my credit report.
