I received a letter from - dated -/-/2017 in regards to my initial dispute with invalid personal information, invalid credit reporting, and inadequate reporting that was simply copied and paste from credit report. For example, the - account 's date updated and Loan Type on the investigation report is different from the credit report. I requested to remove both accounts from my credit report. Especially, the - account that has been closed for more than seven years closed without a balance. Also, my personal information was entered incorrectly, which I requested to update yet they failed to update my information. Hopefully they will comply with your department. Thank you.
