LexisNexis Credit reporting credit monitoring or identity protection problem cancelling or closing account May 8, 2015 - Lexis Nexis issues : The last week of -, 2015 ; I went online to opt-out '' of their - products. I followed the insturctions and uploaded the necessary documents. A - letter I received a letter from Lexis Nexis stating I need to upload my documents. I sent an email to them directly ( see attached ) with the document I uploaded. I received a response stating my request has been approved. I sent another email with additional request to FREEZE my - account and to inquire about my PIN number. I have yet to receive a response from Lexis Nexis via mail or EMail. ... |
