LJ Ross Associates Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt July 27, 2015 - Phone call received stating they were collecting a debt and I had nothing from them stating what it was for and verifying it was correct. They said they would mail to me but that I owed this money. Less than a week later, they called again and I told them again I still had not received anything documenting what the debt was for. They told me it was sent a week prior and that I needed to contact my post office to see why I had not gotten the letter yet and that I needed to set up payments immediately.
