JPMorgan Chase Student loan can't repay my loan can't decrease my monthly payments November 3, 2015 - I will continue filing complaints until Chase decides they are willing to help me and the - of other borrowers in financial distress and no way out. I have repeatedly asked chase for some type of modification to lower my loan payments - denied every single time by Chase. I desperately want to pay my loans, as well as my cosigner but we are in desperate need for some type of relief. -, when I spoke to them on the phone, informed me that I can only get a modification once every 12 months - this was not disclosed during the initial round of questioning when I first requested lower payments.... |
JPMorgan Chase Student loan can't repay my loan can't decrease my monthly payments October 21, 2015 - I went to - University for 4 years. My parents went through Chase to get my student loans. When I first signed my student loan paperwork the interest rate on it was low and they seemed to make it stated that I would have a low payment. After graduating college I received a bill stating I owed almost - and my payment would be $400.00 a month. This loan now 4 years later is an ARM with interest rates 12 %, 11 %, and 10 % interest rate ... NOT the -, -, and 6.25 % it started with or the payment of $400.00 it is now $700.00 a month.
