January 6, 2017 - A California attorney and/or debt collector by the name of - sent a letter to my place of work indicating that she would be suing them on behalf of ECMC. She sent this letter on -/-/-, and it was received on -/-/- ( letter attached ). She indicated that she was going to sue the employer for a " debt '' that has already been dealt with by more than one complaint filed with the CFPB. ECMC Group, Inc. Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer trouble with how payments are handled

November 27, 2016 - ECMC became the servicer of my student loans after, I unfortunately defaulted on my loans, which I am not able to understand, as I did not -, yet someone received monies for studies in did not complete. Initially, - was the collection agency " servicing " the loan, but after I became eligible for the income based program through -, - removed the accounts from my credit reports, however ECMC refuses to remove the negative items, but showing a - balnce, but still reporting negatively, even after I have asked them more than once to remove them.
