I have not spoken to her in 5 years and do not have a way to contact her. And yet somehow a debt collection agency ( though it may very well be a SCAM ) has gotten my phone number and for over a year has been calling me at least once a month with automated messages ( from more than - phone number ), saying they are trying to reach my relative to serve her with collection papers. I have no overdue bills, no cosigner obligations, nothing of the sort.
