Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Kentucky
Almost daily automated calls leaving messages they call courtesy '' call about a debt that I do not owe as it is not and never was mine. I have no overdue bills, no cosigner obligations, nothing of the sort. The automated calls state This message is being left for '' [ what sounds like ] - The message states that this is a final call before action is taken, mentions attorneys and a case number. The number on caller ID is - and shows - -, T- as the originator. I called the number and asked who they are and why they are calling me and the person hung up on me when I pressed them. This has been going on for months, though not quite as frequently as it has of late.
