I contacted both my attorney staff and the Consumer Financial Protection Agency and wanted to get the correct amount of money that I owed agreed upon to pay and this collection agency sent an incorrect amount to settle of $270.00 approximately and I did respond until I receive a comply today with my attorney. We sent a letter copied from the CFPB web site and requested all information related to this supposed debt. The letter was sent certified mail, return receipt, and was signed for on -/-/15. We asked for them to cease all contact until the requested information was supplied. To date, we still receive multiple calls/day on multiple numbers ( home, personal cell, etc ). ... |
