I was sent an alert from the credit reporting service that I possess stating that a change had been made on my report. I contacted both my attorney staff and the Consumer Financial Protection Agency and wanted to get the correct amount of money that I owed agreed upon to pay and this collection agency sent an incorrect amount to settle of $270.00 approximately and I did respond until I receive a comply today with my attorney. The credit reporting from - stated that $400.00 was due yet not document proving the breakdown of this amount was ever provided upon my request and the attorney 's request. This collections agency Amsher has falsified my correct balance due. Today I actually the Amsher Collections Agency and they hung up on me - times. I was trying to get an account number from them and I mentioned that the previous disrespectful agent hung up on me and then a male hung up on me because he did not give me his name.
