We believe this is a fraudulent cell phone account opened in my name. We sent a letter copied from the CFPB web site and requested all information related to this supposed debt. The letter was sent certified mail, return receipt, and was signed for on -/-/15. We asked for them to cease all contact until the requested information was supplied. To date, we still receive multiple calls/day on multiple numbers ( home, personal cell, etc ).
