I told the rep that I will make payment on the next due pay because I had tried to make a payment extension to avoid late fee and it was not granted so I received a late fee. Rep told me if I wanted to make an automatic payment on the due date and I said no. Rep then told me that If did not set the automatic pay I will continue getting calls.
