I received a call this morning at - from an auto dialer at Citibank, in order to collect on a credit card which is past due. I then received a call at - from the auto dialer on the same issue. The citibank employees when the calls were transferred to them from the auto dialer had not read the notes or prior contact or payment arrangements which were entered into their system twice over past - weeks.
