Citibank Debt collection department,

Credit card Communication tactics Called outside of 8am-9pm Tennessee

They repeatedly call my home phone every 1-2 hours after I have already spoken to them on the phone about the account. This morning they called at -. They have violated more than one issue. Besides the constant calling and the call before -, they have threated legal action and called relatives about the account.
