First Credit Services Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect May 25, 2016 - I received a phone call - in the morning in - -. The person told me I owed money for a gym membership that I did not pay for 3 months since - -. I normally paid $15.00 per month and the gym membership was on auto pay from my credit card. I did not received any notice of non-payment from my gym. The collector also continued saying I owed $100.00 for the 3 months of missed payment. My membership was $15.00 dollars a month and now is it $100.00?!?!?!? I asked why there is a huge increased, the collector responded for msc fees added to the account. The priced double. The col... |
