When I said that yes this was -, she claimed to be from " The Best Service Company '' and immediately asked me to verify my identity by providing my date of birth and the last - of my social. She did n't even ask what my last name was. I became suspicious, so I asked what her call was concerning. She then said that she could not discuss that with me unless I verified my identity.
