MEFA Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer don't agree with fees charged April 16, 2016 - - took $6000.00 from my bank account last week. The first withdrawal was under my consent. The additional - withdrawals were not. I have had some issues with this company in the past, but over the years they have accommodated my need for an adjusted payment so I was n't overly dissatisfied ... until now. Part of my adjusted payment plan meant I was required to sign up for - - which is an electronic direct withdrawal from my bank account monthly for the AGREED upon amount.
