B.C. Services, Inc. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid July 19, 2016 - The collection agency Boettcher & Associates Inc. from -, Colorado has failed to validate their claim to a debt ( which has been bought numerous times in the last 10 years ) as well as payment history on the debt which they had a full calendar year to provide. Recently they violated the FDCPA privacy laws by speaking with a family member about the debt, and not only that then they sent that family member a letter that stated Boettcher & Associates was attempting to collect the debt from my family member.... |
B.C. Services, Inc. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid July 2, 2015 - I received debt collection notices for medical bills that were not properly due. The insurance company was still reviewing the claims when I received the notice and the insurance company did pay the claims, resulting in a credit on my account with the hospital. Several weeks after the credit was applied to my account, I am still getting notices from the collection company, although the hospital agrees that there is no debt due and instead there is a credit on my account. I called the collection company and they were not very helpful and do not seem to be able to work with the hospital to clear... |
