Mortgage Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Minnesota

The collection agency Boettcher & Associates Inc. from -, Colorado has failed to validate their claim to a debt ( which has been bought numerous times in the last 10 years ) as well as payment history on the debt which they had a full calendar year to provide. Recently they violated the FDCPA privacy laws by speaking with a family member about the debt, and not only that then they sent that family member a letter that stated Boettcher & Associates was attempting to collect the debt from my family member.
