I have an alleged debt of $260.00 ( - ) and they were not doing all they could to help me resolve what was going on. They would not wait for me to transfer my insurance company representative ( - ) into the call. They had hung up on me multiple times. This was done on -/-/-/17 at around -. The supervisor - was getting loud and very unpleasant as she got ruder because she did not want to call my insurance supervisors direct line.... |

NRA Group, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid October 10, 2015 - I had received a medical debt from - -, I put in a dispute against them because it was a workmans comp claim, I then was contacted by National Recovery Agency who was also claiming the same debt. I filed disputes with both company 's and - - had it removed, I have made several contacts with NRA and they continue to deny my request they are very rude and disrespectful even after I submitted the paper work to them. I want this debt removed based on that I - her owe this debt or I 'll be filing a law suite ! ... |

I contacted them and said that I believe it was paid in full. They said put the account in dispute. I never heard from them again. After calling them today, -/-/-, they said that I asked that they do not call me, I do not recall that. They turned it to collections, reporting that they have tried to collect it for 7 months.
