Discover Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt December 7, 2015 - i told discover card years ago that i couldnt pay their high payments anymore on social security. they pursued took me to court -/-/-i called - when i got court papers and they said just go alone as on ss with credit card dont have pay. so i replied to court with the fact i couldnt pay debt but court went against me and slapped public judgement on my credit report that just came up. i dont have funds pay $4600.00. been waiting out 3yr term from former foreclosure to buy house -/-/- but this puts Big dent hindering that. how can you HELP? ... |
