I was told that I have to pay my - Bill immediately or they will pad lock my front door and the sheriff will be coming to arrest me. I then called - of their offices, and spoke to a - - who claimed to be the -. He became belligerent and cussed at me. He told me that is why I am in collections because I am a loser. He was rude, abrasive and continued to cut me off in the middle of my sentences. He was calling in reference to my Husband alleged account. My Husband 's name is - - ( there are over - in our area alone ) so I informed - that I would confirm last - of social or date of birth if it was the correct person as we have had some identity issues lately. - than told me that he would just call my Husbands employer and terminated the call.
