- -, at - I received a phone call from a man who stated his name was - ( no last name ) and that he was with United Collection Bureau. He was rude, abrasive and continued to cut me off in the middle of my sentences. He was calling in reference to my Husband alleged account. My Husband 's name is - - ( there are over - in our area alone ) so I informed - that I would confirm last - of social or date of birth if it was the correct person as we have had some identity issues lately. - than told me that he would just call my Husbands employer and terminated the call. This behavior is not professional in the least. I have the recording of the call and did inform - at the start of the call that I would be recording.
