ERC Debt Collection Complaint

ERC Debt collection department,

I do not know Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Kansas

I keep getting calls from ERC ( - ) asking for someone like - - ( the name is unusual. ) I have told them I am not associated with any such person, have never known anyone with such a name and to please disassociate my number from her overdue account. They apologize, say they will remove my number from her account, and then call me again the following month!
