My debit card was stolen on -/-/2017 On that same date, a total of five unauthorized ATM transactions plus the fees in the total amount of $1000.00 were taken from my account. I reported the stolen card to M & T Bank the next day and reported these fraudulent transactions. After giving me a " provisional credit '' in the amount of $1000.00 to my account, the M & T bank abruptly denied my claim on -/-/2017 and re-took the sum of $1000.00 from my account!
