A neighbor referred - -, Sears - -, for replacing windows. Because our - yr old daughter had to move in with us after her house tested positive for MOLD + they found - - leak @ the time. Unaware she inhaled toxins for 7 yrs & got sick. She - for this. She - in humid, rainy days. Our house was built -. We thought new windows would help her. We were not aware we had to pay anything upfront. - said we had to open a Sears Credit Card to pay for the windows. Reluctantly we did. We have - credit cards we use exclusively & could not use we were told. We explained our situation. Our expenses on fixed income high for our daughter 's medical bills, care, higher utilities. 1 day a truck pulled up in front of our house with windows. 1 man discovered that our windows, doors & trim where all white inside our house. The ones THEY brought were beige inside & out. We made it clear they had to be white on the inside & beige exterior to match the outside. - did the order on his laptop, we received no copy.


Total window where not the right number. The order was wrong. He went back up & stuck the window back in, no tools, assuring us it was safe & sealed. A few weeks ago I saw a stain on our ceiling on the 2nd floor below that attic window. After talking for a while to someone at Sears they left. - - was in the hospital he emailed us. He gave us - - - - whom we contacted. Nothing got resolved. We told him eventually we lost trust in Sears and wanted to cancel the entire order. He said he would. Emailed us. - - never contacted us. Since then we get bombarded with invoices. We talked to someone who contacted us in response to my Internet post. Nothing was resolved. I am - yrs old, my husband is almost -. We take care of our daughter who is - 2+ yrs. Thank you for your help.
