FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account New York

I am a customer of Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing and have had issue with my escrow account since -/-/-. Initially Shellpoint did not pay my village property taxes when they were due in -/-/-, even though they deducted the money from my escrow account. I did not find out that this occurred until the - sent me a letter stating I was in default and if they were not paid, my name was going to be printed in the newspaper. I immediately contacted Shellpoint on -/-/- and provided a copy of the letter I received from the village. - days later they paid my taxes ; HOWEVER, they deducted the money from my escrow account AGAIN and never gave me a credit for the tax bill that was never received by my village in -/-/-. At that point they reanalyzed my escrow account and increased my payment because my escrow account was short due to their error. I am owed $1800.00 back into my escrow account and my payment lowered to its previous amount. I have called customer service now 3 times to get this fixed and every time they tell me it 's being escalated to a supervisor, but I have seen no correction and have yet to receive a phone call. I want this fixed immediately and a phone call confirming this. Thank you.
