Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Minnesota

U.S. Bank charged an overdraft fee when the account never had a negative balance according to online banking records. In addition, the account is " opted out '' of overdraft protection and can not be charged an overdraft fee on " regular, everyday '' ( Dodd-Frank Act ) transactions that result in a negative balance. The bank has reserved the right to process these transactions but not to charge a fee resulting in the inadvertent processing of these transactions which results in a negative balance on an account that is " opted out. '' The transaction that U.S Bank alleges having caused a negative balance is a recurring charge from - for xbox live services. This recurring charge occurs regularly, every month, in the middle of the month.
