VA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Idaho

My mortgage company ( Stearn Lending, LLC did not pay my - property tax out of escrow. I received a past due notice from county treasurer office -. I immediately called the mortgage company and the customer service rep told me they will look into it and will get back with me within 2 weeks. Since then, I have made an additional - phone calls to check the status of the situation and each time, they put me on hold, so that the can look at the account and then tell me that they will investigate it and get back with me within 5 business days. I never get a call back from them. I have mailed the orginal of the tax notice and faxed the tax notice per their request. I have even gone on-line and submitted my complaint and I still havent received a reply after 2 weeks.
