When I called to complete the loan I was told that the APR had changed to 4.11 %. I was told on the - - call that the APR was good for 45 days. I was transferred to a supervisor - employee number -. - was asked to review the call from - - and meet the quote that was given. - stated that all calls are not recorded which is not true. Calls that give APR are required to be recorded. After being disconnected several times I reached - who states she was the assistant to the CEO. - took my complaint and stated that the bank would be calling me by the close of business.
